R&B and Progressive House artist Cambell reached out to me from Scotland after he heard of my feature with Debbie Gibson. We linked up and have recorded a nice club banging track "Can't Keep A Lid On It". Cambells musical style and voice reminds me of Duran Duran. I believe he is a very talented up and coming artist and hope to do more collabing in the future. Take a listen to the song.
Its been years since we heard anything from rapper Bad Seed. His somewhat of an album, Dirty Urine, was(in my opinion) a classic. I remember back in 2007, he called me up heated from the likes of rappers such as Soldier Boy and told me he was gonna retire from hip hop. I told him it was an awful idea, and as it turned out he returned and went hard at work with his official studio album Intelligently Ignant. He reached out to those who have stood by him these past years and has created yet another unbelievable album. With production by Kleph Dollaz, VES, Golden Eye, Will Tell and yours truley, as well as features from Talib Kweli, MIMS, Nature, Kool G Rap, PH (aka Pumpkinhead)and up and coming 6th man emcee Touch, this album is nothing short of greatness. The 1st single "Yankee Fitted", featuring Talib Kweli and MIMS, has already got a good buzz from release and video. Album drops Nov 30th on itunes, go and cop it!
